Through our initiatives, we have positively impacted countless families, leading community clean-ups and fundraising events that strengthen the bonds within our diverse community, ensuring everyone feels heard and supported.
The River Community Coalition strives to create lasting change by addressing local issues, enhancing cultural, social, and economic opportunities for all residents, from children to seniors.
Community Advocacy:
Established the petition for Stater Brothers grocery store in 2023 to improve local access to groceries.
Support for Residents:
Assisted elderly homeowners by helping clean their front yards, ensuring they can maintain their property with dignity.
Community Events:
Supported the San Bernadino County Sheriff’s Office with their Trunk or Treat event to engage and entertain families.
Provided 2 trees for the 2024 Festival of Trees, fostering community spirit and holiday cheer.
Collaboration for Relief:
Partnered with Firehouse Ministries for Needles World Famous 1st Annual Chili Cook-Off to raise funds for Needles Peewee League scholarships, helping young athletes succeed.
Contributed to Isabel’s Pantry to cover administrative fees, ensuring they can continue providing essential services to those in need.
